Holly Gagne

Principal & Owner

Interior Design is a second career for Holly after spending years working in a top consulting firm and learning how to manage people and structure projects. Holly received her masters of Interior Architecture from the Boston Architectural College, and has been running independent design projects since 2007. Holly serves as member of the Rowley Historic District Commission and Rowley Historical Commission.

Growing up in Maine and traveling the world has given Holly a unique appreciation for the connection of design and place. Frequent trips to New Orleans for the pure enjoyment of food, music, and people remind her how a place can nourish the soul. And as a mom of two, she has come to appreciate the harmony that an organized home can bring to a busy life. Holly escapes to her home in the Mid-Coast of Maine to soak up a slower pace and immerse herself in nature as much as she can.

With every project Holly seeks new concepts, new techniques, new design solutions and new materials to perfectly compliment that one client and that one space. Holly wants every one of her clients to experience how truly thoughtful authentic design can change their lives.

Tina Sanchez

Lead designer

Interior Design has been a lifelong passion for Tina. Having grown up with a master carpenter as a father, she learned from an early age that things can be built to be beautiful, but also with integrity and intention.

Since graduating with a degree in Interior Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2008, she has earned her stripes working at boutique design firms in Boston and more recently in New York City.

She returned back to her New England roots, moving to the North Shore in 2014 to live by the ocean and to eat as many oysters as possible.

She joins Holly’s Team as a Senior Designer and Jack of all trades, from giving Holly the low down on where to get the best Crème brûlée cinnamon bun in New Orleans to managing construction projects from halfway across the country.
